A LITTLE ABOUT MYSELF
This year, 2012, is my 19th year in the business first starting with Realty World, and then remaining, after the buy out by Royal LePage. I have been successful one customer at a time with referrals from my very satisfied past clients. I have done little to promote myself or to chase new clients. I have chosen rather, to concentrate those resources on my customers, providing them the best tools at my disposal. In fact this is the only Website I have had, again, created only through the encouragement of my customers, who think I should extend my outstanding service to others.
I am very patient, attentive and understanding when dealing with my customers. I know that their home is usually the largest investment they have, and I do not take the responsibility of being entrusted with the sale or purchase of their home lightly. You will know this, the minute you start doing business with me.
My referral business has me service pretty much the entire Lower Mainland. However, since I live in Coquitlam, the majority of my business is the Tri-Cities, Burnaby, and Maple Ridge area.
I am married 21 years with two beautiful daughters, one 21 and one 18. I have been settled in Northeast Coquitlam for 13 years after living in Port Coquitlam and Central Coquitlam. I grew up on Capitol Hill in North Burnaby where my parents still reside! I think this makes me a lifetime Lower Mainlander... who better knows the areas? Given our current hot market, I don't think you would want to use an agent who only just moved here!
My family's happiness is my first priority. The skills required to have a happy, successful family life are many. I have learned a lot, and continue to learn every day. I believe I bring these same skills to the way I approach Real Estate and dealing with you, my valued customer, my principal.
