Some of my peers, after reading this site, may think that I am divulging too much. If I truly mean that I am working only for you, how is it possible to divulge too much information? I believe you need to know everything I know.

Among all the things I will do for you when you list, there are some extras. Every home I list will have photos taken by a professional photographer. I don't show up with a digital camera like a lot of agents do, and take pictures myself. I am a Real Estate agent not a photographer! We should all stick to what we do best. My photographer has been strictly photographing Real Estate for more than 20 years; I have been using him exclusively for my entire career. The difference in the quality of professional photos is clearly evident. You can see what I mean by looking at the pictures of my current and past listings on this site. These pictures are then used for all the marketing purposes including being displayed at our mall kiosk.

If your home is priced above the $650,000 threshold, I will have a professional video tour done ... absolutely amazing! This "video tour" is like having an open house without the hassle. It will be displayed on this site and available on all the sites including MLS.ca.
